Interior
To call these apartments studios is misleading as they are actually larger than most one bedroom apartments. There is a kitchenette which is adequately equipped with a microwave, fridge and hob. There are two twin beds and an additional sofa bed. Each apartment has a full family bathroom and a breakfast bar dining area. Each room is equipped with a pay-per-view TV and safes can also be rented.
Exterior
Each apartment has patio doors leading to a balcony which overlook the pool. The complex also has a large swimming pool which is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. Guests can make use of the on-site reception and poolside bar.
Pool Area
The large communal pool is surrounded by a pretty sunbathing terrace and ample sunbeds are provided.
Amenities
The apartment complex is in the centre of Costa Teguise, with a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Las Cucharas Beach, which is the best windsurfing beach in Lanzarote is only a 2 minute walk from the apartments. For surfers, the reef breaks at Jameos del Agua are a 20 minute drive away, as is the beach break at Arrieta. Famara beach which is the surfing and kitesurfing centre of Lanzarote is a 25 mintue drive away.
Services
The apartments are cleaned and bed linen is changed on a weekly basis. Laundry facilities are available on the complex and there is an internet connection point in the reception area.
Car Hire

PAYMENT METHODS
A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due
8 weeks prior to travel. Payment can be made by credit card
(VISA/MASTERCARD) and there is no surcharge for this service.
All credit card payments are processed in Euros. Sterling
payment is available by cheque on request.
BOARDRIDING ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE AREA
SurfingCosta Teguise is primarily a windsurfing spot and while it occasionally does get surf, it's not consistent. The East coast beaches and reefs as well as the surf spots around Famara and La Santa a 20 - 25 minute drive. Not far if you don't have our island mentality. We can also provide daily transfers to Famara and other surfing beaches for lessons if you don't have a rental car.  More Information
WindsurfingLas Cucharas beach in Costa Teguise, is probably the best known spot on Lanzarote. And this spot and has played host to the National funboard Championships - Course racing, slalom and wave categories. The best wind conditions for experienced sailors is during the summer when the Passat wind kicks in. More Information
